Terms

Abre Etteh operates Dutyholders. These terms cover the monthly learning subscription. They are not a contract of professional appointment.

The service

Dutyholders is a learning tool, not professional advice and not a competence certification.

Learning pages open while your subscription is in a trial or active. Account and the staff review area stay available so you can subscribe, export, or delete.

Price and trial

The first subscription includes a 7-day trial. The card is collected at the start. The trial invoice is £0. When the trial ends, the monthly price is charged. Dutyholders is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is added to the price.

A second checkout does not get another trial. You can cancel in the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, or at the end of the trial. Access stays open until then.

The price is the monthly price configured in Stripe. It is not written into the site code.

Your use

Keep your sign-in to yourself. Do not copy the question bank out to republish it. Do not try to make the tutor answer from outside the retrieved sources.

Study notes and tutor questions you type stay yours. You let the service store them so it can show your record, your review queue, and your export.

Statutory rights

If you buy as a consumer, you may have statutory rights on a distance contract, including a cooling-off right. These terms do not remove a right that the law says cannot be removed.

If a practice buys in the course of business, those consumer rights may not apply. This page is not legal advice about which side of that line a particular purchase sits on.

Liability

The site is a study aid. It does not accept responsibility for a professional decision you take from a question, a scenario, or a tutor reply.

Nothing here excludes liability that the law of England and Wales does not allow a contract to exclude. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
